I bought this trampoline for my daughter, her other trampoline got destroyed in our last hurricane. I must say first off that it arrived in perfect condition, and secondly, the box said "easy assembly", and I was surprised to find that to be very true. Having needed 3 people to assemble our other one, it only took 2 for this one, and that was only because it made it go faster, one person could actually do it. It comes with a very handy tool to pull the springs, another thing my old trampoline did not have. It took about 1 hour to put it together, the longest part of that was putting the padding on, it has several more ties than our old one did.
So I would certainly suggest buying this trampoline.

so when I received this trampoline I thought I would have all the parts. Well when the box arrived it was in poor condition it looked like someone beat the [..] out of it. Then when I was getting everything out of the box I realized that the jumping mat was not in it. I looked everywhere in the box and I couldn't find it. So I called the customer number thing and the told me to call the place that makes the trampoline. But if I paid target for all the items that are included in the trampoline they shouldn't get paid for missing parts. Then I called back and they told me that I could return it and get the whole trampoline ship to me again or I could find a replacement mat and I would get the money back for the jumping mat.

Straps holding the springs started breaking shortly after we set it up and started using it. Manufacture would not replace the product because it was past 90 days when we got around to contacting them. This should last much longer than 90 days--an extreme safety hazard. Our previous trampoline never had a problem like this, I wish I could remember what brand it was!
